Ranch Taco Casserole

Ingredients

2 lbs. hamburger
16 oz. can of tomatoes
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 envelope taco seasoning
1/2 C of salsa
Dash of tobasco
Salt and pepper to taste
Tortilla chips
Shredded cheese
Fresh chopped jalapenos
Fresh chopped tomatoes
Black olives

Directions

Brown hamburger and drain grease. Add can of tomatoes, onion, garlic, taco seasoning, salsa, tobasco and salt and pepper. Simmer 45 minutes.

Half hour before serving, pour over broken tortilla chips in casserole dish. Cover with shredded cheese and fresh chopped jalapenos. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven or until cheese melts and casserole is bubbly.

Remove from oven and cover with chopped tomatoes and black olives.
