Ranch Nacho Dip

Ingredients

4 C Seasoned beans (refried or pinto beans)
2 C. rice, cooked
1 16 oz. sour cream
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion
4 C. Colby cheese

Directions

Brown and throughly cook the ground beef and onion. Drain.

Cook the rice.

In a crock pot, layer beans, rice, sour cream, ground beef and onion. Top with cheese.

Turn on low for 1 hour.

Serve with Tortilla Chips.
