El Bar Lemon Bars

Ingredients

Crust
2 C Flour
1 C butter, softened
½ C Powdered sugar

Filling
4 Eggs
4 tbsp. Lemon juice
1 tbsp. Lemon peel
2 C Sugar
½ C Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt

Glaze
1½ C Powdered sugar
1 tbsp. Lemon juice

Directions

Crust

Combine and pat into ungreased 12 x 15 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes

Filling

Mix ingredients together. Pour over crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Glaze

Add enough water to make it spreadable.

Frost Bars and serve.
