Ginger Snap Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter
1-3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
2 tsp. vinegar
3-3/4 cup flour
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. cinnemon

Directions

Mix dry ingredients.

Add molasses, butter, eggs, and vinegar and mix throughly.

Roll into 1" balls, roll in sugar and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees C (165 degrees F) for 12 minutes.
